How a 16-year-old's belief that fitness shouldn't be gatekept became a brand.
Bleeding Edge Fitness started in 2016 when I was 16 years old. It was my first entrepreneurial project — born out of a simple frustration: why does getting into fitness have to be so expensive and complicated?
I'd been training for a few years by then and noticed that every program, every guide, every “coach” wanted $100+ for basic information that anyone with gym experience could share. The people who needed it most — complete beginners — were the ones being priced out.
“YOUR FIRST STEP INTO THE GYM SHOULDN'T COST $200.”
Bleeding Edge isn't about selling you the perfect plan. There is no perfect plan. What works for one person won't work for another — and you won't know what works for you until you actually get in the gym and start.
That's what our programs are: a structured starting point. Foundations. The compound movements, the training splits, the progressive overload — the fundamentals that every training journey is built on, regardless of where it ends up.
We price them low because the goal isn't to maximize revenue per customer. The goal is to remove the barrier between someone who wants to start training and actually doing it.
“Bleeding Edge” means pushing beyond what's comfortable. It's not about being the biggest or the strongest — it's about constantly chasing the best version of yourself. Every rep, every set, every session is a step past where you were yesterday.
Whether you're doing your first push-up or your five hundredth deadlift, that edge exists. The programs are just your map to finding it.
10 years in, Bleeding Edge is still evolving. We're building out more programs, more content, and more ways to support people at the beginning of their fitness journey. The core mission hasn't changed: make it accessible, make it affordable, and make it real.
No gatekeeping. No BS. Just foundations that work.
Fitness knowledge shouldn't be locked behind a paywall. Our programs are priced so anyone can start, regardless of budget.
No unrealistic promises. No 'get shredded in 30 days.' Just real programs that build real foundations for long-term progress.
We don't sell end goals — we sell starting points. Learn the fundamentals, then find your own path from there.
